Sales Terms and Conditions – Custom-Ordered T-Shirts

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of custom T-shirts offered at a discounted price to families participating in Bubblegum Baby Shows. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Supplier and Product Information

• Custom T-shirts are provided by an external supplier, not directly by Bubblegum Baby Shows.

• Bubblegum Baby Shows facilitates access to these T-shirts at a special discounted rate for participating families.

• All orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped by the external supplier. You will be provided with their contact details during the order process.

2. Custom Orders – No Refunds or Exchanges

• All T-shirts are custom-made based on your selected size, colour, and design.

• As such, no refunds or exchanges are available if:

  • You change your mind,

  • You ordered the wrong size, or

  • You no longer want the item.

• This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which permits businesses to exclude refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases involving custom-made products.

3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

• These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where a product:

  • Is faulty or defective,

  • Is not as described, or

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.

• If the fault is major, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement. If the fault is minor, the supplier may choose to repair or replace the item.

4. Sizing and Fit

• A sizing chart is provided by the supplier. Please ensure you carefully check all measurements before placing your order.

• Neither Bubblegum Baby Shows nor the supplier will be responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of these products, no changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.

• Production may begin immediately after your order is submitted.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any custom designs, images, logos, or text submitted for printing must be owned or licensed by you.

• Bubblegum Baby Shows and the external supplier are not responsible for unauthorised use of intellectual property.

Disclaimer

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
